- We aim to deliver your order within 1 to 5 working days.
- Within the Netherlands and Belgium we ship safely and sustainably packaged for €4.95 and free after €99.
- We choose the most environmentally friendly delivery option, even if this is slightly more expensive for us. In many cases this is a bicycle delivery and this saves you 60% CO2 compared to a regular delivery.
PackingAll packaging is produced with sustainable recycled cardboard or a recycled shipping bag without the use of ink. So you just get your order in a boring box or bag instead of a fancy box. This is a lot better for our nature and of course we ensure that it protects well and is possibly supplemented with sustainable filling material.
Return a product
If you have received an order from us, it is always possible that the product does not fit, does not fit or is not desired for another reason. You have the option to return the order 30 days after receipt.
1. Pack the products. Please use the original packaging for return. The shipping bags have a double strip to reseal the packaging.
2. Make sure you know this is your package. A note with the order number and your name is enough. You can also send this information by email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the track and trace code.

You will understand that we cannot take back the following products:
- Boots and clothing that are visibly worn.
- Care products that have been opened (eg shampoos) or of which the seal has been removed.
- Vouchers or gift cards.
Costs for returns are for your own account. As soon as we have received your return, we try to process it within a few days so that you also have your money back quickly.
Is it possible to exchange an item?
Do you want to exchange an item? Of course you can. Please contact us and we'll make it right. As soon as we have received the unwanted products, the new article will be sent to you immediately.
Have you received a damaged/defective item?
If the item you purchased is damaged/defective, please contact us directly at email@example.com and send us a photo. After consultation, we will make a pre-paid return label for you, return to the above address is not necessary.
