Of course you want your package delivered to your home quickly and safely. And preferably with as little impact on the environment as possible is also important. Below we answer a few possible questions. If you cannot find the answer, please contact us.

All packaging is produced with sustainable recycled cardboard or a recycled shipping bag without the use of ink. So you simply receive your order in a boring box or bag instead of a fancy box. This is a lot better for our nature and we naturally ensure that it protects well and is possibly supplemented with sustainable filling material.

    Return a product

    If you have received an order from us, it is always possible that you do not like the product, it does not fit or it is not desired for some other reason. You have the option to return the order 30 days after receiving it.

      1. Pack the products. Please use the original packaging for returns. The shipping bags have a double strip to reseal the packaging.

      2. Make sure we know this is your package. A note with the order number and your name is sufficient. You can also send this information by email to with the track and trace code.

      You understand that we cannot accept returns on the following products:

      • Boots and clothing that have been visibly worn or have had their tags removed.
      • Care products that have been opened (e.g. shampoos) or where the seal has been removed.
      • Vouchers or gift cards.

      Return costs are at your own expense. As soon as we have received your return, we will try to process it within a few days so that you can get your money back quickly.

      Is it possible to exchange an item?

      Do you want to exchange an item? Of course that is possible. Please contact us and we will arrange this. As soon as we have received the unwanted products, the new item will immediately be posted for you.

      Have you received a damaged/defective item?
      If the item you purchased is damaged/defective, please contact us immediately at and send us a photo. After consultation, we will create a pre-paid return label for you, it is not necessary to return it to the above address.
