» Remove all dirt from the hoof. » Clean the hoof. You can use a disinfectant spray for this. » Fill all holes with Hoof-Stuff and use a hoof pick if necessary. Be careful when pushing the Hoof-Stuff, deep holes can be very sensitive. » Remove the Hoof-Stuff after 24 hours with a clean hoof pick. Then refill the cavity with Hoof-Stuff. Is the Hoof-Stuff you took out clean? Then you can leave the Hoof-Stuff in place longer than the first 24 hours. Is the Hoof-Stuff you took out dirty? Replace the Hoof-Stuff more often, for example every 12 hours, until the Hoof-Stuff comes out clean. How often the Hoof-Stuff needs to be renewed depends very much on environmental factors and the condition of the hoof.
